My needs were heard and met upon arrival
I spoke with a woman there over the phone ahead of time when she called to confirm my reservation. I asked whether it was indoor or outdoor, what floor and if they had carts because I'm a rather small female and was going to be moving a mattress by myself. I believe she had said that you had to get the carts from the office due to theft but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find one waiting inside the door. The unit I was assigned was also very easy to get to and close to the door where i was able to pull a uhaul van right up to the door which I very much appreciated. It could've just been luck of the draw...but I like to think that she was making things a bit easier for me and it truly truly helped tremendously. Smoothest mattress move I've ever done. Thank you!

Super easy
The who process was super easy. Was able to reserve my spot and sign my lease online. The next day I was sent the gate code and drove straight to my unit which was ready with a lock and key waiting.

When i first got there we had some...
When i first got there we had some issues with the computer not showing up the fall special. It was extremely aggravating but jamie handled it very well. I got upset and she did not falter at all in her customer service. She offered another option and then started going through the process on the computer just for the fall special to come up finally. I was extremely impressed with how she handled everything!

Made a reservation at one location and...
Made a reservation at one location and when we went to look at it it was a bit small so they looked at other locations availability for me. She found me a ten by twelve unit that was only 10 more dollars than the five by ten I originally booked and they transferred the reservation for me. They made the whole process so easy and understandable. The only complaint I would have is when you book online they don't tell you about the key you have to buy and the renters insurance so that was a surprise cost but its totally worth it to feel like my belongings are secured and safe.

Jamie was awesome and so nice
Jamie was awesome and so nice. I really liked that she was knowledgeable about sizes of storage and helped me get a larger storage than what I had originally reserved. I am glad to have such a nice person in charge at night who is admittedly nosy and will keep a good eye on my stuff along with everyone elses.

It started out a little rocky, as my reservation got mixed up a bit, but they straightened it right out and made sure everything was just right.
Robert, the on-site manager, was extremely friendly, nice, accommodating, knowledgeable, and made sure any concerns and/or questions I had were addressed.
He let me see the unit to make sure I was pleased with it and the location prior to doing paperwork. The paperwork was quick and easy, and easy to understand as he explained it. He made sure I was able to use the locks and gate access myself before I left instead of just showing me or telling me.
The facility itself is clean and appears to be well maintained and secure.

Overpriced locks mandatory!
Only negative is they make you pay for their locks which are way overpriced and had to buy multiple for each access points. I used their services a few yrs back and bought the overpriced locks and now they have new ones I need to buy and they won't let me use the older ones.

Review
The front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous to us. The storage was exactly the size we needed, we were able to fit everything we needed to. The only thing I will say is the price you advertise was not the price I paid, so I was a little disappointed in that. As well as the security gate code box should be on the drivers side leaving the gate and should be able to be reached from within your car coming in the gate. Other than that I am very satisfied!

Quote over the phone is not the amount you actually pay
Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The negatives were all financial related. Received a quote over the phone for $25 ($1 first month, $24 administrative fee). Ended up paying a little over $61. They don't tell you in this first quote that the lock that you HAVE to use is $19.99 and the insurance you HAVE to have is between $11-$15. $61 for our space is still lower than other competitors in the area..just didn't appreciate the 'surprise' costs when I went to pay. Also, after the fact, the next business day after the weekend, I found out that my insurance does in fact cover items in storage and public storage said I could not get a refund even though I'm double covered. The last thing is that my husband dropped us off at the facility as he had a job interview and after he left, the manager tried to sell me a whole bunch of stuff that he claimed I absolutely needed... like a mattress protector and tape...I declined because we already had it but he gave me a little push back that something might have happened to our items in the truck during our move. I was still in the office when someone else came in to get a storage unit, who was male, and the manager didn't try to sell him any of these items. There also needed to be more outside lighting... as the sun went down, we were basically unloading our stuff in the dark

It was our first experience with this storage company and they proved to be amazing! We were running late to set up the storage spot and the associate stayed late on a Saturday just to help us out. Definitely above & beyond!! We appreciated it so much and she was super friendly about it.

locked out of my storage unit
I have to say at first I was not a happy person when I first arrived at my unit and it was locked. I will say within an hour I had someone come out give me my keys to the new lock. the persons I had talk to where friendly and understanding with the situation at had. the young lady who came in on here day off to hand me my keys was friendly and pleasant to talk to after what I had gone through
