I found that Carla, who was in the office when I went in to set up my rental, was knowledgable, efficient, personable, and just great to deal with. When I found out that the storage that she first set me up with was raised from the ground by about 10", she found me another space that was flush with the ground (I'm storing heavy speaker cabinets, so lifting by myself is not fun) right away. My only complaint is that the neighbor on one side has an office set up in his unit and is a smoker, so the smell gets into my unit. Hopefully not enough to make my stuff stink. But I'm sure Carla will find me another unit if it turns out to be a real problem.

Was a life save in a sticky situation with our HOA

We have had a great experience with them so far. We got an HOA violation for having storage on our porch (it was provided for our landlord) and we were told we had to remove everything on our porch and the storage container in less than a week. I was able to reserve to storage unit online at work and then next day we we warmly greeted by employees that were very helpful with answering questions. Overall they helped us stay positive in a normally not so pleasant situation. I would definitely recommend.

So far, so good!

I just moved some stuff into the space yesterday, but here's a brief synopsis of my experience: the staff person was extremely responsive, friendly, and clear in her explanation of terms and such. The security was what I expected -- a pass code is required to open the gate, but very good. The space was very clean, much more so than I had expected. The monthly charge is reasonable and there was no requirement for a minimum period, All good!
