We offer a FREE move-in truck, and it comes with a driver and gas included. All you need to do is load and unload your belongings from the truck. Excellent Facility, Charming Staff

While driving around I came across Smart Self Storage of Eastlake and decided to drop and and I'm sure glad I did! I was Immediately greeted by an Energetic and Friendly Staff member named Sarah. She was extremely helpful to my particular situation and a pleasure to work with. I was in and out of there within 25 minutes with no uncertainty. Every business should have a Sarah.

Perfect!

I picked Smart Storage of Eastlake not only based on reviews but the excellent customer service I received on the phone in person. They anticipated all my needs. I’ll be storing an apartment full of belongings for a few months and planning the move across country was already stressful enough. Now I am rest assured that my valuables are in the right hands!

Great service and reasonable prices

Got to this storage facility 15 mins before closing and they were really friendly and didn’t rush us at all. This will be our second time renting a space from them. Their customer service is great and you can even help yourself to a hot cup of coffee While you’re filling out your paperwork :)

Smart Self Storage of Eastlake was the first of 3 places I visited in my search for a storage facility. In the back of my mind, I knew I was going to stick with SSS of E but still checked out the other two. I can't even begin to explain how disgusted and appalled I was with the other facilities. Customer service was okay but I was quite impressed with everything at SSS of Eastlake. I am very happy with my decision!
