Starting rate in 2018 : under $100. My Present rate 2021: $200.

I did a market research survey : this storage place is more than every place i checked. We were effected by the pandemic, which my wife is unemployed because of it and now they are raising the rent on us.

Couldn't ask for better!

Just started renting a 5x8 and everything has been working so well. They got convenient elevators to help with moving heavy items to the 2nd floor, the facility is clean and secure, and the spaces are nice and big!
