Moderately pleased

Ladder units are not clearly communicated in terms / marketing. Pricing feels predatory. Ladder for said units feels unsafe. A motorized lift system for ladder units would enhance customer experience loads. The facility is very clean, organized and accessible. Love the work that you all have put into making the systems easy to use!

Make sure you see the unit before you rent it.

We rented a unit because the facility is clean, the location was good, but mainly because the customer service from Marshawna was excellent. We secured a unit online but found it too small for our needs. Marshawna was kind, professional and courteous as she explained all the various options. We settled on a unit that was not much more in price but much bigger than the unit we had originally secured. Remember the teaser peices online will be for smaller higher units off the ground requiring a ladder to store your belongings. This may be fine for your needs.So remember to view the units before you rent. As long as Marshawna is working here they will have satisfied customers.

space advertised is inaccurate.

was looking at 5x10 mezzanine space advertised at $60 with free move in truck. when i saw 5x10, i imagined a 5 foot by 5 foot by 10 foot box; a fairly logical assumption if i do say so myself. the truth of the matter is that the door to the space is about 3x4-- and while the inside is 5x5x10, in each unit there is a large vent, column, or beam running through it; so the truth is its a 5x5x10 foot "space" minus 2x 1.5 x10 "space" is in quotes because the spaces are vertically separated by cages and/or chicken wire. so if you're planning on storing a mattress, a couch, a bedframe, a tv or anything else that is not malleable this is not the right place for you. also if youre at all wary of bed bugs from other peoples stuff, definitely look elsewhere-- which is not to say that i saw any or that the place was dirty, just saying that if one person were to have a bedbug in that place, itd spread like wildfire to other peoples stuff.

I was terribly mislead. The information I was given over the phone was not honored once I arrived at the facility. Apparently the storage center uses an offsite service to book its customers and they misrepresent the storage facility. The hours posted online was not the hours posted at the facility. I was charged more than the unit was advertised for and I was very unhappy about it. I went there for a $59 advertised special and ended up paying about $117?. Since I was in dire straits and had packed up all my things, paid a driver and traveled the 25 miles to the facility, I had no choice but to go ahead with the transaction. However, the front desk agent was very nice...

Pricey but very nice

Very clean, easy to access. Hours could be better and elevator could be faster. Paid more than I was expecting, but my unit is great and clean.
