Great customer service, and clean!
Very nice storage space with air conditioning. The representative that helped me was very friendly, and answered all of the questions I had prior to moving in. The overall process was very easy and I feel safe knowing that there is a passcode locked gate to get inside.

Great location and space needs more maps Staff quickly helped with questions, available spaces were great location and well maintained. Little lost at first when I tried to go by myself to load boxes, more clearly placed maps at the initial elevator and at each floor would help. Overall great experience.

Best Experience, Nicest People
I have moved 17 times in my career and have used storage many times. This was by far the best experience I have had with a storage company. I believe that the people (Mary) that they had working there made it a wonderful experience. Mary was very extremely nice and helpful. Thank you very much.

Patrick and Mary were just great
I was able to secure my reservation online in no time. I also changed the reservation date twice, as my move date and movers fluctuated. The promotion made the total cost only about $40 bucks for the first month. The staff at the Cortland/Elston location were stellar--Patrick and Mary were incredibly helpful, engaging, knowledgeable and kind. They went over everything, and did everything to make sure my move would go smooth even though it was occurring outside of office hours. I would recommend this place for anyone needing storage for a little or long time.

Only one complaint.
All the employees were always super nice and friendly. The building itself was well maintained, especially for a storage building. My one complaint was that when I made the reservation for my unit to move in (Saturday August 1), I didn't receive a phone call until Friday (July 31) at 4:30 saying I needed to come in to sign papers before I could move in and they would be closed by the time I got there to do so on Saturday. I use cta and to get there from my apartment is easily a 40 minute trek and because they were going to close at 6 I had to literally drop everything I was doing and run out of the house. It was just a massive inconvenience and they easily could've called a day or two before and I could've planned accordingly.

Easy and affordable to use!
I was accommodated very well with my initial check in. Happy with the space and features of the unit. Things I would like to see more of? - more hours with access to a cart for transporting larger items from parking to storage That would be my only complaint is that the carts stay locked up and have to be given out by the employees. They have shorter hours than the hours customers are able to access the storage space. Just implement a different system for how customers are able to access those and I would give public storage 5 stars.

Great price, great service.
The process was very simple. I only needed the unit for two nights, and Mary at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and kind and helped me get everything set up very quickly. Also, with a special deal I was able to rent the unit for less than $20 for the month (even though I only used it for two nights). The only downside I could see is no late night access to the units, but it was never a problem for me. Overall, I had no problems and a very pleasant experience with Public Storage.
