So, I had to move. FAST. Highly stressed and sweaty and exhausted when I sauntered in, knowing NOTHING regarding pricing and facilities. Matt helped me and went 200%. Showed me multiple units and explained the pricing and helped me get a uhaul (on site) and even helped me redarging boxes, autopay etc...what could have been my downfall turned into an EASY and transparent experience. Im 6 months into my unit now, as my life if crazy crazy crazy but this experience was great and sane. THANKS MATT, for your previous and continued help! AWESOMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEREE

I always judge a business by its employees and let me tell you Midway Storage has great customer service. The place is super clean and the employee Matt was very informative and very helpful. Matt explained everything with detail and made feel comfortable to put my valuables in storage. If more people were like Matt businesses would thrive. I would totally recommend to my friends.
