Friendly Staff & Super Clean Facility
After researching a few self storage facilities, I decided on CubeSmart and I have no regrets. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean, has bathrooms, carts, water fountains, multiple entrances with automatic doors and is well lit. I would feel safe going to this facility after-hours by myself.

Good experience
The staff was friendly and the facility is cleaned. It's a bit misleading when booking because the original storage unit I purchased was said to hold enough for 1 room and that was not the case, so I ended up spending $30 more per month for a larger unit. I also thought that they would give you a lock, but they do not so that's an extra $17 unless you bring your own, but you have to know to do so. Other than that it is a nice facility

Affordable Storage with Convenient hours
Very Affordable Pricing! I compared pricing to several other storage facilities in the area and this was the best value for the money. This storage facility is conveniently located near the 90/94 Expressway, and easy to get to. The standard access hours are very helpful as well. The facility has 3 loading doors, which are very helpful as well. Only upgrade I would recommend are better storage carts, so they are not squeaky. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

What really aold me on this unit was the price in comparison to other companies. When I arrived though, I knew I got a great deal based on the customer service. I would highly recommend this to others!

Great Value!
The staff at the Cubesmart on Kedzie couldn't be any nicer! They called with follow-ups leading up to my move-in to make sure I had all the info and even let me upgrade to a bigger locker at their promotional price, even though they knew I'd only be staying for a month. Iris and Shawan were so wonderful. Highly recommend!

Exceptional facility and service
United Storage N. Kedzie was super clean, well lit, and seems quite secure. Griselda was pleasant, efficient, and professional as well as having a nice sense of humor. There were loads of security cameras and comfy chairs in the office. Due to several moves, I have used 4 storage units to date and it is far and away the most pleasant and feels the most secure. The piped-in music could be dialed down a bit.

exceeded expectations
This is a very clean and safe facility. The elevator and the carts were very helpful.
We enjoyed the automatic sliding doors, as it was raining and we were able to push on into the building with our "stuff"!

a little busy on a rainy saturday morning. we had to wait to get our storage unit unlocked. intercom on the 4th floor to the office was either broken or being ignored.

Good place with a good price
The staff were nice and ready to answer your questions. The paperwork was easy and the moving in process without much trouble.
Only that they had only one cart on the day I was moving in and the other two were lost the day before so I had no cart for moving my stuff.
Also I have not gone there to get my stuff back yet so cannot judge that aspect of the service.

Good, Clean and Friendly
The facilities were very clean and well air conditioned. The onsite manager was friendly and helpful. I would rate the on-hour access security as being outstanding and off-hour access security as being average. Overall, good value and I'm happy with the company.
