The experience at this facility was great. The location is great.

Overall not bad for price I guess
I wish that the units had lights inside of then so you could actually see anything inside of the unit and I also wish that they were climate controlled.

There's not enough staff working in the office
Overall happy with the unit only problem is not enough customer service provided on the premises. Every time I go there it's always the same person and if she's not there no one is.

Average facility
Nothing spectacular about the facility, contact doesn't include flood damage, and living so close to the coast that makes me weary. Also, theft isn't started under contract, but employee States it's covered, again, the contract doesn't make me terribly confident, but for what I'm storing it should be fine.

Got in... Asked about deals going on at locations and other locations around the area and the clerk was able to tell me all deals and rates going in at the time. My wife and I were offered bottles of water in a hot summer day and we were able to get the closest climate control unit available, which in my case was about 12 ft away from the gate... Awesome experience with good quality service... Two thumbs up!!
