Rhonda was very helpful!

We had to move my mom out of a rental house but her apartment wasn't ready and at the last minute we decided to store her items in a storage facility. Rhonda was very helpful in getting our online reservation figured out as the unit we reserved wasn't available. She upgraded us at no additional charge. The only negative was with the unit floor itself. It started pouring down rain and the water that got in went inward towards our items instead of outward. We had to stop and close up the unit and finish once the rain died down.

Horrible Service

Me and my dad got a storage at this location and it was shutdown from the 1st and still showing closed today 9/4/19 per Public Storage hurricane Email when explained to property manager Vi that we weren't able to call and confirm move out because of the hurricane she immediately got defensive and said she wouldn't be responsible because we werent able to call in we should have left locks off property. Really horrible experience and now I have to speak with district about removing 160 dollars worth of fees for an empty storage that she states she was able to confirm by gate code use that I moved out of Friday 8/31/2019.

I would highly recommend Public Storage. We had a such a wonderful experience selecting a unit. Gilbert was awesome! He made us feel extremely comfortable with the decision we made. He provided us with top notch customer service and insure that all of our questions were answered. My husband goes over to the unit quite frequently and Gilbert always greets him and takes a few moments to chat and see how everything is going. Gilbert keeps the property in great shape and is very accommodating. THANKS Gilbert for being a great property manager!
