Best experience ever. The customer service is terrific. I'm thankful that when I searched for self storage, Northpointe was the first one to pop up. I love that I can rent month to month, considering I only need the space for the three short months that my son is home from college for the summer. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened up the unit today to drop off his stuff. It was CLEAN inside. I also love how each storage unit is elevated. I'm sure this is because they want to protect each unit in case of a terrible rainstorm and flooding. I also love that this place is well lit at night. You can absolutely tell that a lot of thought and professionalism went into this location. Thank you, Northpointe Storage, for going to great lengths to make this property safe and clean. It doesn't go unnoticed. I will continue to recommend you to friends, family, and on social media.

I’ll start with continent location, then I’ll move into the easiest registration in the clean new office because I did it on line mainly. Gave me a lock and within 15 minutes upon entering I left the friendly office and - boom - found my easily identifiable (well marked) storage unit. Unloaded and have more room and by far cleaner, secure area than expect. Out I went. Simple, friendly clean place...

Easy to reserve but cultural differences prevented effective communication
The customer service is fantastic. We were in and out of the office in no time at all. The lady at the desk knew I made an online reservation, so that part was simple. She had the paperwork and payment processed quickly and even personally showed us to our unit. The management are warm, welcoming and including people.
