On the day of move in the lock wasn't working correctly. The manager was too busy to assist so I went and purchased another lock. Then a day later I called to speak with her and she said I have to go back and change lock she doesn't take appointments I just have to find her while she is making her rounds.

crazy times get crazy prices
Good clean facility efficient operations. The app almost never works for getting in and out of the facility. We are in a free market economy.....same storage unit one year later 100 bucks more per month!

Good ideas but poor execution
They have more advanced features than most storage facilities, such as using app on phone to unlock/open nearby gate/door/elevator. Only problem is, any time you want to get in the door to the building, it prioritizes the elevator, so you're standing at the door pressing "open" on your phone, and the inside elevator opens instead of the door to the building. So then you have to go enter the code on the box. Basically makes the quick-open feature of the app useless. Also, the loading area by the door is pretty tight--room for only 2 cars plus handicapped spot. And I know storage facilities can attract "interesting" people, but when I unloaded, there was a guy parked at the door entrance BLARING 70s music from his car while occupying one of the few carts and fixing a kite in his car. For like an hour. Like it hurt my ears every time I came to get a load from my car.

Very clean facility, friendly staff.
Moved in a few days ago and was happy with how well kept and secure the place seems. I was not a fan of the required insurance at an additional cost per month. It was something I was not aware of when signing up online nor was it mentioned when I received a call from the facility to confirm my reservation. There’s also an app that you can apparently use to access the doors and gates but mine does not work. Other than that the unit it very clean, plenty big enough for my belongings, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

No dollies or carts for moving in
The facility had only one hand cart for the entire place. Multiple people needed to use it at the same time. That is unacceptable for a storage facility

Friendly staff, clean space.
It was a bit time consuming finding our space on our own, but the manager came to help us and she was awesome. Very friends and helpful. After that it was easy to go from our car to the space.
