Customer service is top notch!!!

I spoke with Nick and Juan and they were both amazing!!! They made this process so easy for me as we were selling our home and needed somewhere for our things. I was hesitant on using storage units and they made me feel so much better about the situation!! Having people like this in charge that are so customer friendly really makes people more comfortable! Kudos to the both of them!

The initial look of the place is great but I think reviews are more helpful after the use of the unit.

All new and amazing

This storage is so clean and nice. I have used other storage facilities and never had problems but it is obvious that Boxed Up in Caledonia is all new. The only problem I have is that I have to get out of my car to enter the gate code every time I come and go. Otherwise, it is really nice.
