For online portion only (not the actual location)
Let me first state I had no issues with your actual location. Where my issues lie are online only! Online needs to be MORE clear on what needs to be done after making a reservation! I was under the impression that by beginning the online portion of filling things out would help secure my unit. I got the phone calls from the location but, did not understand WHY they would be calling. I reserved it, and checked in online. YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE THEY HAVE TO GO DOWN AND FILL OUT PAPER WORK TO SAVE THE UNIT! We went down there just to check it out and told the person there yes we were interested. We did not fill out any forms because we were getting our own insurance through our home owners. 2 days before I needed the unit, it was rented to someone else. You NEED better instructions on the e-mails!! Yes, it says it only holds the price for that time being but, it doesn't tell you HOW to go further. Thank you

Garrett and Karyn are excellent representatives of your company. They were helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The buildings and units were clean and neat and our move in went very well.

Garrett from Calabasas location is a great example for welcoming new client. Not only he is friendly but very courteus and accommodating. Tried your Woodland Hills location on Ventura Blvd. the girl was not friendly she must had a bad day .

It's a storage place
It's a storage place. Nothing exciting about it. It serves the purpose its suppose to serve. My only problem with it is the fact that the handcarts are chained up. What is the point of offering handcarts if no one can actually use them.

Needed Storage space after an unexpected death in the family. Joel was very professional and also sensitive to the situation. He got us all setup and made appropriate recommendations for our situation. Excellent location right off the 101, easily accessible in and out.

I've had the most amazing experience storing my things here! Karyn is one of the coolest people too! -- She literally ran to find me after I had mentioned I wanted to borrow the keys to the dolly!
Sure, it's a self-managed storage place, but the customer service here is phenomenal! Love it! :D
So happy I found this along my path in life! Highly recommend this anyone who needs storage in the area!

Got a good deal, but the place could use some fixing up
I got a great deal, at this Public Storage but it could really use some fixing up. (I'm referring to the inside units because that's where my storage unit is). Problems include holes in the walls, part of a corner of drywall actually falling off the wall; cracks in the concrete floor--too numerous to mention. There's a gap in the floor near my unit that is so large I can see the contents of the storage unit below. The exit keypad sounds strange and the camera shots up on the LCD in the office are very hard to see. Elevator situation is a bit odd. Plus, better lighting for the units. Hopefully this gets to the right person. On a final note, I had a very good experience with Suzy Diaz (I think that's who rented to me).

Great Unit Didn't get Online Pricing
The unit I received is great and spacious but I just realized that I never received the online special for reserving the unit online at $145 instead I'm not paying $161 which bothers me a little. When I called to speak with manager Jared who helped me move in, he now had an attitude when I tried to bring up my issue. He stated that pries change al the time. So it basically changed within a few hours of my visit? Eh.
