What a Relief!

It was the best thing in the world to reserve something online & when you show up; everything is as it said. No extra this fee, no extra that fee. Not to mention talking to a person behind.the desk that is friendly, jokes & laughs with you.....really outstanding customer service. Best I've had in very long time. No stress. Made you feel @ home or like you've known each other for years. She should be applauded for her excellent service.

This was a seamless process.

The young man that helped me through this process was fantastic. I had a few issues as I was parking a car in the storage area and did not have the registration initially. I gathered what I needed and he was extremely helpful and patient. He was a wonderful help.

Overall a storage facility is nothing of greatness. The unit I got was dirty but nothing that would stop me from using. The unit looked smaller the. What I rented. The sides took away 4” from side to side totaling 2.5 feet of storage.
