Very clean facility with almost all units inside building. Small entry way and hallways but manageable. Elevator helps moving into upper units and it is climate controlled and cool. Very friendly front desk employees in person and on the phone.

Ruben and Andrew made it super easy to get my storage. They took care to explain the process and I knew what I needed after the initial tour and they even let me reserve the unit first, since I didn't need it right away. When i came back to lock down the unit, everything was taken care of in a matter of minutes.

The price is right

The storage prices are good. They could use help in cleaning.Though and they need to adjust there thermostat I didn't know. 80 degrees was climate controlled itemp t's way to hot up there. If I want to sweat I will go to my sauna it's hot enough outside as it is. But the staff iare nice.

On a scale of 1 to 10 ( 10 being best ) I would say easily a 10.5

I would say this is the best storage facility around. Very clean . No cobwebs, no smell of urine. Lots of push carts. They have CC cameras everywhere and they really use them unlike other facilities. They are average to fair on rental fees and again the facility is so clean.

State of the Art Facility

The facility is less than 2 years old and cameras everywhere. Staff member (who’s name I forgot sorry) was very cordial and attentive. Gave us a tour and showed us all the amenities. Dollies for convenience and very clean. Highly recommend this place!

All was fine, but for three minor details. 1. I would have preferred that the 50 % discount have been applied to the first month. But it wasn't. 2. I had my own lock. However the purchase of a new lock from this facility was mandatory. 3. You are not given adequate time to read the contract before being asked to sign.They just scroll down on the computer screen (on- screen contract) as fast as possible, preventing you to read and ask you to sign.

Amazing Christomer Service

You read that right, Christomer service. Chris has now set a new standard of customer service that I'm calling Christomer service. And I'm going to use that new word again if anyone can ever match the level of service we received from Chris. As for the cleanliness of the facilities, absolutely pristine. Security? Seemed to be pretty great as there are cameras everywhere, all storage is interior, passcoded locked gate and building entry doors. And I remember seeing some barbed wire at the top of a very high wall.
