Secure, easy to use, and Amazing customer Service!
Aaron is the most helpful human being. It was really easy to set up my storage unit. Paying through the app was convenient as well. Anytime I had a question, Aaron was super helpful and responsive. I never worried about my stored belongings because the site is very secure. The whole experience is really the most convenient. The close out process is also really simple. Once your unit is empty, you remove the lock, you sweep the unit and they close your account for you. If I ever need a storage unit in the future, I'm coming back here.

Easiest, most pleasant experience I could have imagined.
I have struggled for years about how to handle storing larger items I don't currently have room for and finally really looked into storage solutions in Santa Cruz, and Pacific Coast Self Storage definitely seems like the best deal around - even better than many surrounding areas in California. Very clean and well-managed, and the office staffmember (Aaron) was very pleasant to interact with, making the process very easy and painless. Very happy with my decision!

Great deal, friendly staff
Best deal in town currently! Aaron helped me over the phoneâeven extended my reservation when I was worried I couldnât get there in timeâthen walked me thru everything on arrival. Paperwork took barely any time at all. Unit isnât climate controlled but it's big, secure, and clean. Couldn't be happier to have the extra space and peace of mind.
