Storage facility review
I have used Stor It on many occasions for both long term and short term storage. They are always friendly, and the rates are competitive. The hours for storage access could be a little longer in the evenings, and they could use more cart access amongst all the buildings, but over all a great storage facility.

Easy to reserve and easy to complete paperwork at the facility
Very simple transaction. They did what they said they would do and my unit was ready and clean. The move in was even more simple. Elevator 15 ft from the door. Fortunately my unit was just a few doors down. Emptied and entire 10 ft van, packed, within one hour. Cart was available as well.

WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET MOVED IN SAME DAY
BARBARA AND JIM WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME.. I RESERVED EARLIER THAT DAY AND WAS RUNNING LATE TO GET THERE TO SIGN PAPERWORK. THEY STAYED AND HELPED ME GET IT ALL TAKEN CARE OF SO I COULD MOVE IN IMMEDIATELY!

quick and painless!
The easiest and least time consuming move in process! I have rented storage units at multiple facilities over the years and never once has it been so quick and painless. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, very friendly, and most importantly, time efficient. I made one five min call so they were prepared for my arrival and once I got there it was easily under 20 mins before my paperwork was complete and I was able to start the tedious task of moving in. I have already recommended this storage facility to 3 friends!

Fast, Friendly, and Easy!
Tom was the Gentleman that helped us with all the necessary forms to fill out, access to our storage is very simple, the website did have an error for the location of the unit i wanted , that was no bother. I got an amazing price on my unit and couldn't be happier! Sparefoot helped me wonderfully finding the unit i wanted at very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!

Friendly owners, safe facility, great price!
You know you're in good hands as soon as you walk in the door. It's an older facility, minus the glitz and glamour of sliding steel doors and fancy lighting, but it's all I need to keep my stuff safe and sound. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a neighborhood kind of place with easy access.

The managers were very helpful, I was signed up and in my space in about 20mins
Very nice on-site managers. I asked about move-in special and received one! The elevator works fine and I got a good deal for a 5 x 7 unit.

The price is right! Definitley a great value for the space we wanted. Good location. Very safe, and the people there will protect and serve their customers. Only weird thing is that there can only be one account holder, so no spouses, friends, or other family members can know any information about the unit. No additional people can be added to the account. They have a free dolly that you can use; very helpful. If you don't have your own lock, they sell them there for about $10. Don't remember if there's a contract binding you to the space for a certain amount of time, but I don't recall there being one. They say that these units are weather-safe, but not dust-safe, so be sure to keep your stuff covered with a tarp or blanket.
