Very helpful staff
The only downside to the facility is keypad access. Must exit vehicle to access keypad for ingress and for egress. Somewhat difficult for mobility challenged tenants. Since I am new to the facility, I may have missed something about the process.

Michelle and T racy went beyond expectation to show units available and after I decided onthe same day that I made the wrong cboice in size,Tracy was very accomodating and helped to change units. Michelle co tinued with paperwork and I had my new unit and paperwork done quickly. Great clean space with ample parking within secure gated site
