I was happy with the customer service. The lady was helpful. However, it took us trice the time it should have to unload our truck into the storage due to the door being broken. We had to access the unit from the door on the other side. There is 1 dolly for everyone to share, so we weren’t able to use it. There is no elevator. I’m dreading the move out.

I like the convenience of the app that lets me use contact entry for the gate. My space was all ready for me when I arrived and a new lock in the package was inside the space when I arrived on the first day for my use.

It's not the cleanest place

It's not the cleanest place. Have seen a cigarette butt in the hallway, an empty alcohol bottle, plastic, wipes and masks and cans in the parking lot. Are there supposed to be lights in the space because I don't have one. Why is there only one small cart to use and people don't return it to the designated spot. Very hard to move boxes without the use of a cart! The other day I ran into a questionable person who startled me. Really not cool as a female to go there alone, it's spooky. I would never go there at night!!

I'm not sure we could have had a better experience. We were greeted by an incredibly helpful Leslie, who got us set up and loading things into our unit VERY quickly. Price was very competitive, facilities were clean and security was good. Would happily recommend Public Storage.

While I adore the manager Stacey, her professionalism and the ease of renting there, I did not care at all for the man who works there. The one who said he wouldn't give me the cart unless I gave him my driver's license. He did not specify that he'd be keeping it in his hand while also holding a clip board and papers and showing the property to potential renters. I find this unprofessional with such an important piece of identification. After all, you already have everything in my file short of my fingerprints and my first born child. I was also right in front near the gate in full view of the office. When he said "I need to see your ID" I thought he meant he would write down my CDL# and hand it back. When I asked him where he was going with it, he said he couldn't let me have the cart if I didn't let him keep it. A little bit more professionalism please! A very disappointing incident!

Fast and easy no time wasting

The experience of having to move is hard enough as is with all the things that have to be done the let downs and road blocks. Leave you frustrated and down. But the assistance of the people at poblic storage let me know that not all this has a to be gloom and doom i have my valuable safe and secure with in multiple locked area with round the clock presents for assistance and security i know when got to retrieve my belongings they will all be there and with the added insurance policy that is smartly place mandatory i can rest at ease and deal with the important issues at hand very pleased and id recommend if you have to store things or are in need of extra space use public storage

Nicole was great! She called as soon as I booked the reservation online and then walked me through the rest of the steps along the way. When I was onsite, she showed me multiple units that were my size and let me pick the best location for my needs. I have been using Public Storage for a number of years and really enjoy the customer service and ease of transferring locations when it has been needed.

The local rep worked hard to find me a unit I needed!

I wandered into a nearby Public Storage looking for a 5x10 storage unit. The local facility was completely full and had no available units. She quickly looked up her inventory online, contacted another, nearby Public Storage and asked them to hold the unit for me. Then, she gave me the name of the person at the other location and driving directions! When I arrived, Stacey was ready for me, toured the unit to make sure it met my needs and expectations and then efficiently handled the paperwork. She even got me to sign up for autopay, which I don't typically do! This was truly a great customer service experience. I am so glad I visited my local Public Storage location!!

Convenient but Pricey

Your location is convenient and your service was wonderful. However, your prices are on the high side. I'm going to work on cleaning out my Condo, so I may get rid of some things, so I won't have to continue with storage in the distant future, due to the prices.
