The renting of my storage unit was a breeze, many choices. Online, in person or some of both. In addition to very reasonable rates they included 50% off first 3 months. The woman who helped knowledgeable
and very good at her job. Id recommend them any one who need extra space. Very Very clean and secure.

Spectacular facility
After searching most of Modesto found this beautiful storage facility. I actually had reserved a storage here but was trying to find one somewhat cheaper. I'm so glad I didn't. I met the manager Michael and employee Cheryl. Both the loveliest people to deal with. Very personable, kind, knowledgeable and just all around good people. They know everything about the facility and they not only tell you about it but show you. Michael gave me ideas on how to set mine up to make it easier to get into things. From my first inquiry phone call, through to my move in, all of the staff have been incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They provided the smoothest process and continued to search for ways to maximize the value of our agreement. This is the first storage company I’ve ever rented from, that had No administrative or start up fees. All I needed was my first month’s rent. With eligible promotions applied, Their prices average almost 50% less than all other local facilities. The property is well maintained and virtually spotless. With multiple security measures in practice at all times, I can rest assured my items are as safe as possible. They have been wonderful to work with and have my full recommendation. For convenience, quality, and overall value, no one else even comes close.

The facility is indoor temperature controlled with a lot of security
The move in process is relatively painless and easier than I thought it would be. The manager Michael is very professional and will answer every question you may have. The facility itself is quite large and clean and offers a variety of units sizes to choose from. It is indoor and climate controlled with keypad access points, making it very secure. And I am confident my personal items are going to be safe there.
