Clean facility.
Made reservation, received numerous follow up emails regarding my storage unit reserved. When I arrived, the gentleman said he had no record of my reservation. ð¤·ð¼ââï¸
I told him I had the reservation number, he said that meant nothing?? Luckily they had a unit available.

I reserved a unit online yesterday. I just got a call From Maria saying they did not have any units in the size I had reserved. I told her I was upset because I was mislead. She said that if I did not like the service to look elsewhere.

Conveniently located MDR storage
I needed a storage unit for work and this location in MDR is ideal. 5 min from my home and so easy to access. The staff was professional and helpful. Pricing and availability is very clear with no hidden fees. Very clean and spacious facilities.

Well managed and well priced
There is a real difference in a facility managed by experienced professionals. The complex is clean, the check in process is efficient and the stress of moving is offset by Preston's good humor. We were able to use the facility's truck for our move into this well located complex. We were also given a discount for the first three months. All around great experience.

They always say hello!
One of the only storage facilities I've ever been to where they know my name and want to know who I am. They greet me and ask about my day and go out of their way to be helpful. I feel secure having my belongings at their facility.

I needed a storage place for my belongings that cant be stored in my small place, I went to many storage places but the arrogant service of employees since the beggining, started dissapoint my interest in finding a storage for my goods, then I found this site on the internet where you can make a reservation and avoid dealing with unprepared staff workers, so it was very helpful they found a storage for me
