Customer service provided wrong information

We were given incorrect information on hours of operation at the warehouse. This created a real problem for me as I am from another city and had to stay overnight to complete the install.

Ally was extremely sensitive and empathic to a very difficult situation I was dealing with which required me to obtain a storage unit on short notice. She did an excellent job at explaining everything, showing me the facilities, and ensuring that I received the best possible customer service. I highly recommend the Venice & Cadillac Ave location for future renters so they can have the pleasure and support of working with Ashley!

Ashley and Candice have been the best customer service agents in the history of Los Angeles California they have walk with me through this journey cuz I lost my mom and they have been helping me every time I come here the place is spotless and clean and I love them I strongly recommend this facility for anybody who's looking for great customer service always there always on time they always help me when I need help they always give me a helping hand so come on down everybody and rent from public storage

Other than the actual look of the facility the service given by the staff is great!

Jovan and his staff are great! Always helpful and accommodating with any of your needs. Not a fan of the actual look of the place (could use some loving!) but for what our needs were it was perfect.
