Efficient and friendly staff
Checking in was easy and smooth. For the price, my space was perfect and generally clean. They do require insurance and to buy one of their special locks. Be prepared fire additional expenses $14-16/mo for insurance and $16 for the lock. Theyâre both worth their value and I was more than satisfied with the service and facility!

Location is great
I would recommend this place because I feel my property is secure because cameras and punching in codes on way to storage and parking is always available which is rarely seen in downtown Los Angeles.

Great place for price Close to my home.
I like this place it was close to my home. the only issue was that the second garage door was not open and there was a lot of other people moving in at the same time and there was no space
we were able to manage but other other than that it was great And I would highly recommend this place to others.

Fast and Efficient
Life Storage was fast and efficient. I booked my unit online and received a confirmation less than 60 seconds. When I arrived, I was greeting by an associate that knew exactly which unit I booked and sealed the deal in less than 20 min. The storage units are clean and easy to access.For those of you that don't drive,The facility itself is in a great location and is extremely accessible, across the street from union station. I would definitely recommend this storage to others as moving is super stressful and they released a lot of stress by being so kind and efficient.

Barbara the manager is the epitome of competent...she made the whole experience simple and quick. Prorated first month, second month free, waved the registration fee and even reimbursed for price of the lock. Ultra clean...ultra secure.

easy and convenient location
It was well priced and convenient to use. They don't explicitly state it but they accept foreign passport as ID if you are not US citizen. I used this location as storage for a big suitcase whilst I am out of the country. You will need your own lock (they sell them for $11.99) and insurance (which they also provide for $10 per month which covers up to $2000 worth of items).

Outstanding!
Very good facility, what stands out in this storage facility in oppose to others is their availability. The office is 0900-1800, but if you want to access your storage unit it's accessible from 0600-2200 hrs! All other storage facilities (such as Public Storage) are closed by 1800 or earlier.
