The person I've dealt with at the location is very nice, very personable. The one I've spoken to over the phone is a bit more pushy. But overall, I'm satisfied with the service I've gotten from this facility and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone in that area.

An OUTSTANDING experience to say the least. Rick and James...both are outstanding helpful people from the get go...can't thank them enough! I was stressed when I got there and left calm and collected knowing things were going to be OK in my world again. If you need storage in Long Beach save your time and money by going straight to storquest on south street first.

My entire experience with Penske and Sparefoot has been outstanding. Everyone's been totally honest, customer focused, and downright friendly. My only regret will be clearing out the storage unit after we find a place of our own.

Call Linkletter if you want great savings and peace of mind
I do not get excited about a self storage, but this place was clean and in very good condition besides the staff being the nicest guys around. I stored some stuff while deployed overseas, and they worked with me to get it all set up so that I had nothing to worry about while I was gone. The price was more than fair and the move in deal even included a lock and insurance coverage. I got a text message with driving directions and my storage reservation confirmation number that made everything so easy. If you ever need storage than linkletter is worth the drive from anywhere in town if you want great savings and peace of mind about your storage.

To echo what everyone else has said, this is a great place to store your things
We decided to rent storage here after seeing the all their five star reviews everywhere online, and can only add more of the same. They had a great savings deal for the first few months and the ongoing rate is much better than most places we called and visited. The storage space is clean and these guys are great....a level of customer service that far exceeds the typical storage place. They are very friendly and go out of their way to get you what you need and ensure your stuff stays secure. For great service and a clean, safe, secure facility, you should call Linkletter Storage first. It has been a great experience and highly recommended.

We Got A Sweet Storage Deal, Thanks Sparefoot
Super nice & friendly staff and clean very very CLEAN. My 10x10' unit was the best deal in town and with all the cameras and gates every where I know all my stuff is safe and secure. I like this storage facility and will definitely store my stuff here again the next time I decide, on a whim, to rent out my home and move to a third world country. :-)

Run, don't walk to Linkletter if and when you need storage
After comparing many of the self storage options in Long Beach, it was the friendly and helpful staff at Linkletter Self Storage that finalized my decision. I've been a customer for over a 4 years now, and Rick & Henry (the management team) are still there, as pleasant, personable, and helpful as the first day. The location is ideal, the prices are competitive, the units are always clean. They care for their customers' needs and give great service with a smile. Quite refreshing, these days!

"I tried to do some research to find a trustworthy, clean, convenient storage facility before we moved to Long Beach. Anyway I drove over to their great facility to meet their very friendly and helpful staff. They gave me a tour around the property and I decided to go with the large storage space. The total cost was less than one hundred bucks and I got a lock and insurance coverage included with the move-in deal of two months half off. I am someone who really appreciates customer service, and these guys take the cake. Don't go anywhere else! I'm even starting a Google account just to rave about this place."

WOW we got a GREAT Deal
We needed to get a place to keep our stuff for the summer and it looked like linkletter was all over the internet as the place for storage. We called and the sent us a text message savings coupon while talking to them on the phone ( hows that for customer service excellence ) The price was right, and the guy we did all the paper work with was real cool and personable. They made it easy to pay the bill online and even sent us text message reminders. Check them out on youtube, facebook and twitter and then on google to get the savings coupon text message deal we got which was everything included for less than fifty bucks.

They Make Every Thing So Nice and EASY
It's a Done-Deal so look no further these guys have got the best place for storage any where around the city. It was easy to sign up online to get the space reserved before I got there. The actual storage was bigger than I really needed but it was such a great deal price wise I just kept it that size. The place is nice and clean, as well as safe and secure. I have had alot of storage over the years but this is by far the best managed and best savings I have ever experienced. You have to go online to get the sweet deal I got but they make every thing so nice and easy.

Linkletter is a great storage facility. I can't believe how helpful and nice and professional they are. Having rented from a national chain self store place, these guys are a million times better, and more reasonably priced. I don't usually give 5 start or recommend places but this is an exceptional exception!

Got A Sweet Deal
They gave me a sweet deal on a place to stash my stuff for 3 months while I headed back east to home for summer break. The price was right, the place was great and the people were awsome. Highly recommend !!

A great storing experience
Their price was better than all the other places we called, the customer service was above and beyond professional and the storage space was really really clean and safe, (they even have cool music playing inside the storage spaces). You can just go and check them out in person or online and see for your self. I'll be back if I ever need a space again.

My wife she shopped for days before making her choice........
This is the best storage we have ever used. Their entire staff is professional and helpful. The place is always clean and secure. The price is the best deal in town, just ask my wife she shopped for days before making her choice(she "felt safe there" she said was the main reason) I highly recommend Linkletter Self Storage to everyone looking for a place to keep their stuff.
