Spend your money here
Both front desk staff are very attentive, polite and respectful. They both adhere to the CDCs social distancing guidelines, and they both ensure you are paying for only what you need. The ONLY reason I am giving 4 out of 5 stars is due to the mice in my unit. The day I looked at the unit, it had been clean with no droppings. I paid to move in that day BUT did not actually move in for another 4 days. Upon entering my empty unit on that fourth day, there were two trails of droppings as well as a semi dried up puddle of urine left behind from mice. I went ahead and cleaned it then proceeded to leave my belongings as it’s mostly tools anyways. When I returned about 3 days later, there was now a trail of mice droppings across a towel I had laid down. However, this property still happens to be the cleanest in town from my experience, it also happens to be the cheapest with any sort of availability, by far the friendliest, and also in a convenient area.

Great storage facility! Love the staff!
I don't normally write reviews but felt this one was necessary. I had excellent customer service from Jason. He was very funny & easy going, very friendly as well as very helpful and informative.
I setup a reservation for a unit online at 6am for same-day moving (way before their 10am opening time) and Jason gave me a call within minutes of them opening! His response time and follow up was very quick. He asked for a general idea of what items we were considering moving into a storage to help figure out the size unit we needed and was very open and welcome to giving his opinion as well as showing us multiple units to help visualize the space. He wasn't pushy at all and didn't feel like a salesman trying to just gain another sale. He genuinely cared about making sure we were set on making the right choice for our needs. He answered all questions I had and didn't make me feel like I asked anything silly. This was my first time ever experiencing or dealing with a storage facility before and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone I know searching for a storage.
I searched a few storage facilities in the area and found this one because of the great reviews I've read. I am VERY pleased with the decision I made in renting a unit here! If you are searching for a storage unit to rent out, you will not regret going here! They take care of all your questions and needs. definitely a well deserved 5-star rating!

StorageMart made easy
Thank you StorageMart you made my move day easy and no worries. We were able to purchase everything needed like packing tape, boxes and lock all for a low price. No worries on monthly payments just put my credit card on file. Love the drive up to my unit get in and out with no worries.

Manager helpful. Overall rating 1 star due to potential for flooding.
Jason was very courteous, helpful and clear re: rules and regs. However, facility has a flooding issue that needs to be addressed. My unit looked dry but a heavy rainfall could cause water to seep in. Owner should address this soon. Also, latch on unit was not large enough for a standard uhaul discus lock which I had with me. Had to drive to Walmart and buy a lock that would fit. In addition, the rate I received a confirmation for on sparefoot.com @$53.99/month was $6 less than I'm being charged. I was told it was because I had not called in my credit card to the facility. It wasn't clear on the sparefoot site although in the midst of moving I may have missed It in the fine print but it would have been nicer to have it stated under the price quoted. last but not least, I have AAA but it was not mentioned when I checked in and being exhausted with the whole moving process I forgot to mention it. Would be nice if it was mentioned when checking in.

The initial rental experience was quick and well organized, the facility is very clean inside and out. The location is easy to access and getting in and out is well planned and secure. I've only just moved in but based on my experience thus far I would highly recommend StorageMart.

Family atmosphere
My family has used Storage Mart many years ago for a long time. They have always treated us fair and friendly. When I went back to get a storage unit after many years of not having one, I still felt like I was being treated like family. Maddie was very friendly and answered all my questions I had. I looked at 8 different storage place and they were the cheapest around. Thank you for making me feel at home and helping me.

The attendant was friendly and helpful and gave every pertinent piece of information without me having to ask. She gave me a tour and showed me what I would be getting before starting the paperwork.
