Clean & Reasonable
I rented a 5x5 space. Very clean inside. Person at the front desk was very helpful. Wasn't crazy about the $14 a month insurance charge but that's probably an industry standard. I'd recommend it based on limited experience using storage facilities.

Roni was a great help.
The only problem I had was with the web site. Rapid rental versus rent now was very confusing. It would help if the employees had access to the site. Otherwise a great experience.

High $ to work any time 24/7, But no outlet to plug in any equipment?
Pretty much sums it up. I'll pay the price to help my company run as smooth as poss. But without power in a 10x20 with 24 hour company access (a extra charge) I'm losing.
