Super clean facility friendly staff.
Getting in rolled and moving into my new storage unit was super simple. The customer service representatives were very nice and cheery. I got there almost at closing and they stayed and shows me my unit. Even though I got there right before closed and they were very nice. They did not rush at all. The one thing it was hard was the carts have six wheels that apparently turns. It was a little difficult navigating them down the halls. A lot sooner we all wouldâve been much easier. Other than that moving with any problems. The water fountains worked which was nice and handy. The bathrooms were clean. Looking forward to having my things there for a long time.

Simply Self Storage - 9141 Valley View Street - Cypress Review
Employee very cool, very clean facility. No form of trash containers outside the facility to avoid trash dumping. One way in through facility building itself to get to storage containers, no drive in. Love it! It's mandatory you purchase storage lock through them, which is fine.

Very nice facility!
I met with Sarah. I reserved my unit and checked in online. I purchased my lock and for my security code. She was by herself on a very busy Friday. She was polite and courteous. She showed me around and explained everything. The facility is secure and well lit. Very clean. I would definitely recommend.

I clicked on the advertised price of 50% off of $87 for the first 3 months. When I moved in to my unit, they did not honor the deal. False advertising! They got me for $112. Will not recommend! Not satisfied!

Great customer service. She was friendly, explained everything, and got our unit paperwork quickly. This place is very clean. I feel completely safe when getting into my unit. I know they have surveillance keeping an eye on the whole place at all times. I'd recommend Simply Self storage in Cypress, ca to anybody that needs a storage unit.

Great prices, great location, great service
They followed up immediately after I made my reservation, due to my crazy work schedule I was ever able to make our appointments but when I walked in on staurday John who was covering from a different location (I think it was the Orange location) was extremely helpful and made the process super easy. It's very affordable, clean and they even have dollies for you to use.
