Quick and easy setup
Quick and easy setup, great price and location, but as a trade-off, the interior of the storage area is very flimsy and low quality construction. Who cares how good the lock is when the doors are made of cardboard. Also the usual "extra fees," which I expected, will increase the price slightly.

I am a gate/access control technician who services Public Storage all over Southern California, I have been to so many properties and have met so many store managers. Jennifer works at this location and I have to say that she is quite spectacular at her job. I have seen her deal with customers, she is genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, and sincerely has her customers, and vendors best interests at heart. This property is clean, in a nice area, and the security is top notch, I should know, We help keep it that way! :)

This is the absolute best storage facility in Corona! It is very clean, very well maintained as far as security, very reasonable rates and best of all there entire staff is unbelievably kind and happy to help in anyway they can! Thank You Lori and David for making my renting experience one of the best I've ever had!!

I have to take a minute to praise Jenn over here! She is the reason I have my storage here. Not one, but two units!! Because their bigger units are taken. I've been here for over a year & a half. Every time I go to pay if she's not here, whomever is, is always friendly & super nice. They actually check each unit daily to be sure your locks are in tact!! They also will call you if there is questionable activity! This place is great, besides being too expensive, I will keep my stuff here as long as long as Jenn is around.! 5 stars isn't enough! 10+

Hello this is Louie Maldonado i have two units here and i must say the people at the office especially Anne and Mark and Jen are so nice and carrying and always willing to help at all times. They make my experience as a storage renter so pleasant with the superb customer service i get from them especially from Anne who really shows a sense if carrying and will go out of her way to help ni matter how big or small the issue may be shes always positive. Thank you Anne for your great customer service and always with a smile.
