StorQuest is a very clean facility with professional staff members. The process was quick and efficient. Pricing was good as well.
However, I do not like the fact that every six months the monthly fee goes up to 10 or 15% more of what your monthly dues are.

A pleasant surprise
My previous experience with rental units has not been that great, so I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice facility that blew away my expectations. Best experience made my 1st time renting easy
I don't remember the lady's name that helped me, but I got there Saturday sept 25th around 1pm it was pretty busy only 2 lady's in the front they had control of everything though. Both fast and efficient the lady who help me out I believe she was black/African American descent was very professional and helped me get in and out in no time. The other lady helped me out in retrieving my ID for the cart I retuned while she was helping a customer again she was very professional as well. Again I didn't catch her name either, but I believe she was Hispanic all and all it was a great experience defiantly would recommend this places to my friends and family.

The Best
After having our space at Public Storage burglarized, and being robbed again with the lack of sympathy, empathy, or any kind of urgency on their part to remedy, I searched for another StorQuest. I had a space in Torrance CA but left it to have the it closer. I though StorQuest was a local place and after much research, I FOUND them near me in OC. I recommend that StorQuest works on their social media and marketing as their spaces, customer services, and professionalism, is The Best!!!

What kind of furniture? How big? How this and that? I knew before I called I wanted a 10x10 and told her but had to answer 20 questions. The storage place was awesome when I went to sign paperwork. Elevators have 2 your old expired permits
They show lack of maintenance and being cleaned daily you need to use stainless steel cleaner on the doors. I got stuck in one. Not good.

New Management seems to want to do things right
Upon arriving to the facility, the setup and use was easy which made the stress of move in a little less.
A couple of items; 1. Direct billing allows access to the facility at 6am versus 9am if month to month. 2. A Drivers license is required to get a cart, they hold the license until you are done. 3. Beware of random tenants/strangers grabbing your cart when you are in the truck trying to unload... 4. Everything is code controlled, entry, exit, elevators, etc. make sure you "Know your Code".
