Amazing
Staff on point. Instantly greeted me we talked we laughed, made me feel great, gave me my unit and we parted ways. Nothing else to say. I’m satisfied. LA mannn one day you up, then the next you gotta move but this location understands the LA life. RESPECT!!

Friendly, great deal, and efficient
I got a 10x10 that was on special so this was by far the cheapest option compared to other storage facilities. But the low price didn’t mean that the quality was any less - still very clean, well run, and a worked with a super nice manager (Vincent)

Rate will increase!
After asking about rate increases, I was told that in six months the rate will increase about 10% and then the rate will increase 10% every year thereafter. I think if I wouldn't have asked, I wouldn't have been told.

A Great Experience!!
I was able to reserve my unit. It was there and ready when I arrived. The price was very decent and the unit clean and convenient. The service was great and with a smile. I was also able to rent a truck there with no hassle. Like I said, it was a great experience. Thanks Avalon

Customer Service was unsurpassed and above board.
I was blown away by the red carpet treatment i recieved when renting my unit. The staff was beyond helpfull. The contract was explained in detail and without the usual last minute surprises in price. I paid almost twice what i'll be paying here and that place which is within a mile of this one was a dump. Thanks Avalon for taking some of the stress out of my moving process!

It Works...
The best thing about this storage is it's inside a building so you don't get the elements from the outdoors like most storage places which gets your things very dirty over a period of time...don't know how the staff is anymore because I don't go in because I have auto-pay. But they are pricy, I guess you pay for being inside a building.

The best storage facility in town!
It gives me great pleasure to tell my storage story. I have been a satisfied customer for several years. I am always treated as a valued customer and never witnessed the professional care I have received from a storage vender before (I used your competition at one time). I have received telephone reminders my payment is about to go into late fees, and recently I had to downsize my unit. The assistance I received was very rewarding to me as a smaller unit was found near my old unit which helped me tremendously in eliminating old items and storing the items I wanted to keep. Plus the cost was right. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at the facility in Gardena (Avalon Boulevard) that provide excellent service. You are awesome!
