Change the the history when I moved in. Uncoperative personel

When I decide to use this storage and I talked we the manager "She clear said" We could rent the storage space , for less than a month, if we did not use the complete month . THE RENT WERE "prorate for the amount of says that we were using the unit(414). I arrived there( load truck) on May 14-2015, on the reserved day and the history was complete different . She denied that she was offering that deal!....What could I do ? I was already in Brentwood with my stuff in truck. Never ever I'll use that storage again. I will right a Complain to The Brentwood Chamber of Commerce and to the City Government too. This is not a right practice to do bussines. (510) 200-5516

Great Price! Wonderful hours! Helpful storage reps!!

Love the prices!!! Their reps are very helpful, and make sure that you are secure in your storage unit. I also love the 7 days a week office hours, very convenient. I would definitely recommend this storage facility! Don't forget the later gate hours!! :-)
