Outstanding facility and staff!

I had to move out abruptly and needed a company I could rely on. I was helped by Shamaya who was very friendly and helped me get situated quickly. She gave me a tour of the facility and after some quick paperwork I was moving into my storage locker. Absolutely spotless facility and accessible driveway for loading. Would absolutely do business again -- thanks!

Moving in

Ray was one of the BEST persons we have had dealing with storage personnel. Efficient, very clear in his explanations on the unit and paperwork. Going over every detail. Put our needs up front. Thank you Ray for a great job. Employees like him are hard to find these days.

My experience was very Positive using self storage. Rey the manager over there helped me out a great deal. He helped me find the right storage unit, in terms of area,space and price. He was very patient which i needed @ the time because i had a time limit to move my things from the apt to the storage unit.

Nice space

The space is over-all really nice. The only problems are the single loading dock and no elevators. I waited for about 30 minutes before I could even start to move my stuff in, due to another truck unloading. It was only a problem because I was paying movers by the hour. The elevator issue worked out fine for my situation since I had movers, but I can see others having problems with moving heavy stuff up lots of stairs.

The customer service rep was amazing. Really fast a s thorough. The facility feels a bit dated and the access to the unit was not great. The loading bay is really good and large. The unit overall was a great value for the square footage.

friendly, easy, safe

Overall a good experience. Very clean, Stephanie was very nice. There's only one loading dock so if someone is in there before you its a little inconvenient and you can't get right to the front. Also the extra stairs to each floor is a bummer but we did it and all's good.

Perfect storage facility for the Brooklyn area

Paperwork took very little time, the lady working the desk covered every point i could think of, and i was able to move all my stuff in right away. Simple and effective. Not the greatest prices around, but for the quality you get and location, very fair

Modern, clean

On a serious budget, I was lured to this place by the offer of the first month's rent for only a dollar featured on a referral website, but after the fees and the charge for their specific lock and key system, it's a little over $50 upfront. Just a heads up. Other than that, it's customer service is friendly and helpful and the place is clean and secure.
