Great manager, functional unit

I rented a 5'x5' locker for short term storage. I moved out of a studio apartment and stored around 10 medium boxes comfortably. This kind of unit isn't good if you have long items or large items, which I didn't. It was actually perfect for my needs. The only drawback is that the lockers are on top of the units, such that you need to use a ladder to access it and even when on the platform, I needed to hop up into the unit to reach the back. Unless you are able bodied or have someone to help you trek up that ladder with your things, it'll be hard. In terms of the facility, it was very clean and had air-conditioner. They are very strict on time and you won't have access outside of the posted times so you need to plan carefully. Because I got a locker, the price was great but the requirement to get property insurance took me by surprise because 1) it wasn't listed when I booked online and 2) since my unit was so cheap, the insurance itself was a 25% mark-up. Also, there's a one-time admin fee of like $20, which also wasn't listed prior. All in all, still a good deal. Michael, the manager, was great and I'd recommend this place for him alone.

Nice & clean facility

Easy to get to. Clean facility. Easy to access locker. Lock & keys required & provided for a small. Insurance mandatory but fee is small.

Just hate how I HAVE to pay for lock! Also Insurance is monthly with rate :(

So I was told fto. Fast storage fast that I'll get the first mo th free plus a $20 Amazon gift card from here. To rephrase everything, Frind Storage Fast will send you the gift card 3-4weeks after your payment. There's no free month it's $1 for the first month. I rented the 5 by 5 and paid $60. $48 monthly. Won't be here too long. Storage unit was dusty. You need a ladder to get into your storage which makes thing complicated and annoying at time. It's ok I guess.

I don't know why I waited so long! This facility is perfect.

The facility far exceeded expectations. The property manager- Mike- was helpful far beyond what I expected, and upon arrival the staff was aware of all the details that I had arranged in advance- from security needs to insurance needs. I'd recommend this facility to anyone I know and stand behind the recommendation.

Excellent customer service

I just started renting a locker today, and based on my first impressions I'm glad I chose this location. The assistant manager was courteous and personable, and made it a very smooth process -- you can't beat excellent customer service! The facility was clean, brightly lit, and easy to enter and exit. Very satisfied!
