The experience so far has been nothing...
The experience so far has been nothing but fabulous. Orchidia made the move-in experience very pleasant by always having a smile on her face. She answered all of my questions regarding the security of the property, access times etc.
I would highly recommend this location due to current staff in charge. Keep up the good work in hiring customer oriented staff such as Orchidia !

Slow elevators coming down for 2nd floor to ground floor
One of the elevators wasn't working and since others were moving in, it took forever to come down to the regular floor. I think the professional movers had some sort of system in place, so it screwed over people moving into the 2nd floor. Everything was clean and the place is nice, but I would recommend making sure the elevators are working since it can make a 30-minute move take 2 hours.
