The facility is spotless and obviously...
The facility is spotless and obviously very well maintained. The persons at the front desk were very friendly and helped me to find the right-sized room for my needs. They were very accommodating, from reserving the room in advance to helping me obtain the room on the actual day of move-in.

Not too bad
Its ok. I wish the area had more parking space to load and unload vehicles. Also the staff was excellent. My only issue is after I signed the lease and all i notice 1 roach crawling on someones locker. Not all people are clean so im guessing it was brought into the unit by a renter.

I came all the way from Queen just to make my payments with Brian. He's customer service is outstanding. Helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Property is spotless, You guys could use more carts. However Brian assured me that with his new management that flaw will soon change. i'm a very happy customer. Awesome property been coming here 2 years to make my payments professional and polite.

Brian and Shanice helped me. Both were extremely kind and patient I had a lot of questions and wanted to be clear before signing my name on the dotted line and both of them took the time to answer all. My spaces was clean so was building. I feel safe and secure storing my belonging with public storage. I've used them in the past and I will use them again for this reason.

Pretty seamless
The process was pretty seamless. My only criticism is the hours of operation. Gaining access to your unit would be easier if weekday hours were longer. Also some of the sites' units are cleaner than others. People would feel more comfortable if their things were in clean environments.
