Huge Facility
If you have a unit that's far from the office, grab your cart before you attend your space. The staff is friendly, but the hallways seem a bit narrower than other facilities. I am pleased with my purchase.

Great prices and customer service, but unit smaller than advertised
Overall has been a good experience. Customer service from the staff at this Public Storage location have been very helpful and the move-in process was a piece of cake. The only negative is that the storage unit is smaller than advertised. I signed up for a 10' x 10' unit, but in reality it's more like 10' x 8'6". The prices were still very competitive but I would have liked more transparency on the actual unit size because it could have risked me being able to fit all of my items with the misleading dimensions provided to me.

I checked a few storage places in my area until I decided Public Storage was the one. Reasons are #1 Brian. I called and was very happy with his professionalism. Reason #2 was Donovon who was just as good. Alot of questions ( they were making sure I had what I needed) and I understand why now. The space is just what I needed, with some room to spare..Oh, and the price was just right for me.

I've been using public storage for years and never have any problem.. As long as you pay your rent on time to avoid paying the late fees and avoid not paying so your things does not go to auction.. The storage units are very clean and well kept.

I come everyday to the property and the staff is always so friendly and jovial, especially the manager Ashley. It's always so clean and I'm always greeted with a smile. They also finally got more carts which is beneficial to me because I do a lot of moving in and out of my units. I will recommend this property to anyone that's looking for great customer service.

I love the service .. as well as the professionalism shown by Tracie.. who is an employee there... I came there a few months ago and she made it so easy for me .. never had a issue and she does a very great job in my eyes. Whenever I'm there.. I always see her greet the customers.. any questions that the customers has Tracie is able to give us the information we need. Tracie keeps a level head when dealing with difficult customers.. she don't lose her cool .. and she still keeps it professional... trust me I seen people getting reckless and she still manage to get the job done and keep calm. Tracie works hard for the most part ... my experience at Public Storage has been a good one because of people like Tracie ... Thank you and please give the girl a raise!! She's doing a wonderful job

Public Storage Rockaway Facility Review
This specific location in Rockaway offers great customer service and a very clean facility with complementary trolleys for use when needed. The employees are respectful, professional, kind and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything else except for longer hours for entry which is beyond staff and more specific to the corporation executors. Thank you public storage!

Longer Hours Needed
The Staff was professional and helpful. More trolley equipment is need to service all the customers. Later (or earlier) hours are needed to accommodate people who work 9-5, the current hours are not convenient.

you need light in your storage containers
i need light to see what I am doing this is a very bad condition not to have light. Are you really just trying to save on energy we all pay for that. and I need to find a better storage space else where then so be it bad lighting conditions is an accident waiting to happen I need light inside the storage container
