I found this place while searching for some inexpensive units. Not a bad space, however it isn't as physically up to date as your popular storage companies. The building also isn't climate controlled. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Very helpful staff throughout the booking and moving-in process. I got a very good deal on the unit, but it was a bit smaller than advertised (4' x 4' instead of 5' x 5'), but I could fit all I needed to fit, so it wasn't a problem for me. I would recommend just double-checking the size before moving things in if you're planning to fully fill your space. Other than the size of the unit, everything went very smoothly!

Incredible customer service and prices!

This is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Moving is so stressful but Ebony made me feel welcome and valued. Jocelyn helped us steer the carts and even lifted some stuff for us, all with a kind and fun attitude. He cared even more than I did about the cleanliness of my items. This is a clearly very customer based place. I would recommend this to any and everyone and left feeling both confident in the safety of my items but also warmed through by the kindness of strangers. 11/10.

This was the one and only terrible experience I had with a business in my entire life. I reserved a parking lot spot through Sparefoot at iStoreGreen.I met their representative David on my reserved date Sunday only to be told that I could not utilize their locked gated parking area because they could not open their gate.?? I was instructed to park in their 4 car gated area that was open to the public. I did so. To shorten this review My car was damaged. and they did not take responsibility for the damage. They would promise to call me, several times,but never did. Very unprofessional. I decided to get my car out of there. Upon returning to drop off their remote control I was threatened by Stephanie (rep) and called a racist by Melissa (regional director). I video recorded everything for transparency and culpability. They should be ashamed of themselves.They need to be retrained or fired

The easiest facility that I have dealt with, period.

The staff is wonderful. Ebony is awesome and one of the reasons why I returned to this facility. The facility is spacious and moderately kept. I was traveling out of the country, gone for a year and My stuff was secured. They looked after My unit and even helped a friend move my stuff out of one of My units due to an emergency. And I did not have an issue when a payment lapsed when I was out of the county. I honestly would not choose another company nor would I move to another facility within this company. Their service is simply the best!

The facility is what you would expect, fairly clean but a little damp and dank. Every time I called I got the answering machine and had to use their contact tool on their website to contact them while I was out of state. They use a double lock system which is good and reassuring however when an employee took off their lock for me, he left it on the ground while I was using my unit. When I left I asked if he would put it back on and he said yes but the next time I was at my unit multiple days later it was still on the floor. These are really the only problems I had. If you want a place to store your stuff for a good price, I store green works great

Overall it was a great experience. I got their moving truck for free and moved in pretty seamlessly. The employees were nice. The only snafu was a miscommunication of who would be operating the elevators, which left us sitting around for upwards of half an hour with elevators full but no operators. Not a big deal though as I really like the location and cleanliness of the facility and the free truck to move in. I do wish they’d be more green though as I asked them to email my paperwork to not waste all that paper and he said I was the 2nd customer ever to request that as they always give a stack if paperwork.

Great cheap option in a practical Brooklyn location

Jeff and Denise were fantastic and super helpful with my move in. The units felt secure and practical. Be aware that they are not climate controlled and so the ones on the top floor get really hot in the summer. Also you cannot operate the lift by yourself and must wait for staff to help you.

Not a good place if you need to go in an out of your unit often because there are only freight elevators that have to be controlled by an employee. But otherwise great facilities. Kept very clean and the staff were friendly.
