On the overall the experience here was good most of the time. Ryan was great any time I spoke to him and he was always able to resolve an issue I might run into. The location of the building is good with it being near a few highways so getting to it was not an issue. The reason for it not being a 5 star review is partly because of the inconvenience of not being able to set my own gate code so I would always forget it when I showed up after a few months, and the fact that with no notice the rent of the unit increased twice while I was a tenant. In addition, the hours are slightly more restrictive than some other storage unit sin the area, but only by an hour or so.

I had the best experience at this awesome facility. I have been looking for a storage place that I could be comfortable selecting. I spoke to Ryan (who was excellent and really knew his stuff). He was super helpful and assisted me with packaging materials for my upcoming move. I will be returning with my husband so we can pick out more materials and possibly a storage unit. Great customer service and Ryan from the Bridgewater Public Storage is truly an asset to this company. He is so helpful and understanding when it comes to your needs. Got my unit from the internet at their website for $1. first month special. No need for 6-12 mo. contract, it's month to month. My daughter is looking to rent one for a month or two until her move into her new place. I definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone looking to store their possession's.
