Should be industry standard

The facility, security, ease of access, customer service and cleanliness should be the industry standard. The value is the best I've ever seen. We have 2 units. The manager, Dave, made sure to get us the additional unit in very close proximity of our larger unit. This efficiency helped immensely on our 4 days of moving. Dave and the other guy in the office (sorry I didn't catch his name) were very friendly and very helpful. The facility is extremely clean. This was a big plus for us. We enjoy the building is equipped with security access that we must enter our code to get in.

So Neat

I made it to the office 10 minutes before their closing time, but David let me checked in. I booked the lowest price on line, but it was too far from the elevator. He gladly override my reservation, and I got what I needed. He also took me to the whole facility tour. The facility is new, and very clean. The unit is carpeted. It’s in downtown Bradenton, except for the traffic jam, very conveniently located.

Wide selection, Convenient, Sense of safety

I thought it was a very nice facility. Staff was great and knowledgeable and patient. Checking in was quick and to the point. Supplied all tools needed to to get your belongings to its destination. Well-lit and a comfortable sense of security.
