Fast and Reliable service

Fast and Friendly customer service. Got 2 spare keys for my unit. I often lose things so that's a plus and my reservation was correct and I'm happy with that.

Good clean place

We got our storage unit a couple years ago and we have never had a bit of problems. This is a clean safe storage facility. We would recommend to friends.

Very unprofessional

They will steal your money from you I was 4 d dollars shy of my payment an got charged 57 dollars for the 4 dollars I was late an I pretty much got told to bad

Excellent customer service and really nice storage facilities.

I did not have to wait a moment to get checked in. The rep was very courteous, made me feel like I was wanted, and I had zero problems signing in to create an account. My storage facility was clean and very easy to get in to.

Easy process

Considering the challenges with social distancing, the process very easy. The manager did everything possible to make sure everything was convenient for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage facility. Better prices too.
