I found this storage facility online and sitting in my car got all the paperwork done and just had to go in to give them a copy of my ID to get a unit.

A Nice, Clean, Affordable Storage Unit

I’m impressed at how clean this storage facility is. The customer support is good as well, they just need a little more help for the busy days. I appreciate that they have dollys to help with moving stuff. I also appreciate how they have a hydraulic lift to help with moving stuff to the 2nd floor units. However, my biggest complaint is that the lift is small; I was hoping to use it to move my queen sized mattress, but it wouldn’t fit, so I had to find someone to help me carry it up the stairs. There is an overhang over the stairs as well that made it difficult to fit the mattress up the stairs; we had to tilt the mattress at a 45 degree angle to get it to fit. Aside from that, it’s a nice storage unit.

Unauthorized entry and keeps raising our rate

Unauthorized entry into our unit without contacting us. They were doing remodeling for who knows what reason and made our door bigger. They contacted us the first time they were going to take the door off and we were able to watch while they were in our unit. They went back a second time without telling us and totally put stuff back in a mess. Not the way we had left it at all and even breaking some things in boxes that got crushed. We had been with the previous company a long time before Trojan took over and now they have raised our rates again for the second time where as the former company never raised our rate and kept it reasonable. Your prices go up and our income stays the same. Used to be a nice looking property also. The new owners decided plants and pretty flowers needed to be torn out for weeds,dirt and trash. They must have missed the California look.

It's a safe and welcoming place. The specials are perfect for what I was looking for. The grounds are kept nice and the unit itself is like new.. The whole experience was uncomplicated due to the customer service which was refreshing...

Extremely clean

The customer service is good the hours to get in is very good too. The storage is extremely clean and that is awesome. The only thing that’s something I don’t like is there freight elevator!! you can’t go up in it you have to send your stuff up in it and then go down to one side of the other to go up the stairs to come back to the middle to get your stuff and if anything happens to shift in there when it’s going up it could get caught in the machine it’s self! with the elevator there’s nothing to stop the cart for moving to one side or the other and getting caught in the wire as it’s going up there is no cage that seals the elevator shaft going up inside to keep it from running into the wire that’s on the outside I guess it’s kind a hard for me to explain that but it’s like a piston going up and the only thing you have around it is a cage so if something happens to go to one side or the other it will get caught and more than likely broken! But other than that that’s the one thing that I don’t like.

The Long Night

We had hopeful plans of leaving the Tr-Cities at noon, but just the two of us loading a 26' Penske truck took a lot longer that planned. Considedering we had to drive at 45mph the entire way made a long trip. Come to find out the Penske truck ramp would not stay locked and kept coming out, since I was the front driver we didn't find out till Ellensburgh. Dan at Trojan storage went up and beyond the call of duty by meeting us at 6am. Dan was professional and kind, leading us to the perfect unit. Paper work went quickly and was clearly printed and went over all the rules and regulations. Had to buy a special lock, but it was worth it, knowing no bolt cutters will get anyone access into my unit. As I sell things I will be looking for smaller and smaller units, to keep costs down. I feel safe and secure here knowing there is always someone on the premises. Again Dan, thank you for your understanding and going way over the call of duty to get me into my unit.

Good intro special and service. Property a bit dated.

I found a pretty good deal for an introductory special at this property. Management seems responsive, honest, and professional. The property is somewhat dated, units are not heated and there is a very inconvenient lift, possibly not that great for clothing and/or books. It is somewhat out of the way unless one lives in the Bothell area. I am only going to use the unit for a few months, however. I would recommend this facility with a caveat about moisture/cold damage.
