Great convenient place
Great and easily accessible! Its so handy to just drive right up to your storage shed and able to put our things there. Customer service is top notched! This is our 3rd time using this facility and there's a reason we come back to it! Just a good business!

Kay was amazing!!
I am currently in Hawaii and my father passed away—I needed a storage unit fast and that my family could have access to so that I could store some of my dads items. Kay made it as stress free as possible for me and my family and even stayed a little late to give them the keys. Thank you again, Kay.

Seems like a decent facility
Clean, convenient.,
Haven't been there long enough to provide additional feedback. One downside, no lights in my storage unit which would make it difficult to get anything done in the unit after dark. That's a problem.

Great place out near bothell

Excellent customer service and very helpful
I setup the reservation and received a phone call within minutes after setting it up. I showed up same day and they were eager to help and patient with me considering I had my 2 young children with me. They also have a truck to use for free with move in, as long as u get a 5x10 unit. I couldn't be happier with the staff considering the time crunch I was in to set this up

What you see is what you get!
This is what it is advertised as, a decent self storage place. I am sure there are nicer places but this one will do. seems to be very secure with keypad and barricades for entrance. Staff was friendly enough although a little on the talkative side, and managed to get a snarky at one point. Not enough to give a bad rating, just a side note if she reads this. ;)

I'm very happy with my first experience at Mill Creek Storage.
I feel the facility is well run, clean units are easy to access even the one inside the hallway that I rented. I actually prefer it to an outside access as i'm in from the rain if I have to sort it out and re-stack things. There's a security man living on the premises which is added insurance that no one is gonna have much time if their tampering with something they shouldn't be touching. The paperwork went quick and easy and I anticipate staying there as long as i'm in between living quarters. I would also return there in the future if the need arises again in a year or two. big Thumbs up to Mill Creek Storage.

Staff at the facility was very helpful - gave lots of information over the phone and helped with questions when we got there. The staff is what got me. Very friendly and willing to help. They offer good value, no hidden costs. Just straight forward storage and good value. Can't beat that! I feel better having my stuff here, thank you Mill Creek storage! The "Public" storage facilities are just so impersonal, and there fees are so overpriced. If they can they will auction off your stuff as fast as they can! I'd rather deal with a human aspect than a computerized, "no soul" or heart outfit.

So Pleased with Mill Creek Self Storage!
I've had my storage unit a little over a year and I have been so happy with them since day one. The friendly and fast service, full expectations set for billing and hours. My things were always safe and secure. I could go on and on. The location was convenient for me to access and the access to my inside storage unit was easy to get to. I did recently buy a house and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be moving my things out of MCSS but I wanted to share my experience. This is a great place for long term or short term storage of your things! Oh they also have a truck that can be used for your moving needs -inquire on availability. They also offer this during move out, today I was quoted $29.99, you may want to confirm pricing.
