Super easy move in. No hassles

Loved the customer service from wise space - called right when they said they would - did follow up call by manager the next day too!! worked with me easily by phone even though I am 2000 miles away - very quick paperwork and easy payment of fees. One of the best storage places I have used in years ! Thanks guys !!

Extremely Easy Check In

I was in a bind and had to quickly move some belongings into a space. I made a reservation and in less than 24 hrs was able to get a unit and move everything I needed. The manager was extremely helpful and the paperwork and move in was super quick and straightforward. The facility itself is also very clean and accessible for tenants. Would highly recommend!

Everything was super clean. The gentleman that helped me didn't you the unit explain everything so well that I didn't even have any questions whenever he was done explain to me and visually showed me how to use the locking system you walk me out there just a really great place to rent a storage unit from

Very impressed with service and price

Recently moved in! I've moved into a few storage units in different states and I can tell you that this is the best move in experience I've had. The gentleman up front Jim, is super friendly and was informative on everything. He went out of his way to show me the ins and outs of using the locks and told me about all the amenities they have, WiFi, 24 hour access, power outlets. He answered all my questions before I even asked. If your like me, you want an easy going move in, but also want the man up front to be professional and informative. And it was guys. Super easy and after this long week I appreciate it more then they know. The front office was clean, organized and felt welcoming. The grounds are in great shape, no trash lying around, no pot holes or any debris anywhere. The storage unit itself was in great shape, it is clean and well maintained. I been to a few storage units where you get there and it's dirty on the inside. This is actually one of the only outdoor storage units I've had that is in this good of shape. At this point I have no complaints and I couldn't find something wrong if I tried. If you are looking for a nice clean storage unit with an awesome gate keeper, this is it folks! Trust me, just stop by there and you'll be sold. Special thanks to Jim for making me feel like I was welcomed and he appreciated our business.
