Lockup fits my needs like hand-in-glove.

The Lockup in Richfield, MN, fits my needs superbly. First, the facility is air conditioned, keeping my sculpture (stone, wood, etc; Secondly, it is handy, with the unloading/loading; nothing gets wet; third the manager and his assistant go out of their way to be helpful, Jesse Ralph Watkins

Worst storage facility ever!

Every few months my rent kept increasing. From the small unit I paid $79.00 per month to date I pay $121.00 per month for the smallest space and my response to why it kept increasing is because Kyle the manager sais Supply and Demand. More people are renting units and are facility has limited space so we had to increase our prices. When I asked why my unit was increasing the first time he says, "Yes...that unit keeps increasing and it will go up again before the end of year." So, he made it seem like only my unit was increasing. I have never had so many rent increases ever and the worst experience with management. I would not recommend to anyone.

Great facility. I feel that the unit was a little smaller than 5 feet and I had some trouble fitting my things because of it...seemed to be closer to 4 feet.

All went well

Our experience with Lock-Up Storage could not have been better. We were allowed use of a stocked, clean truck, carts were available to move in our goods, everything was very clean, and most important, the staff was friendly, helpful, and informed us of any and conditions. It's nice to be back in Minnesota
