So Happy to Store Items at Lock & Guardian
We needed a climate-controlled storage unit for about 6 months and are happy dealing with Lock & Guardian. It is so easy to plan a visit, reserve the needed units, and arrange for automatic payments. Plus working with Sari is a very positive experience; she is very friendly and professional in every way.

Easy, clean, secure.
I had my storage unit for 6 years. I needed a heated unit for my art supplies and piano. It was always safe, secure, and warm. It was easy to set up, easy to pay, easy to cancel when I no longer needed it. I'll go here if I need storage again for sure.

Kiosk check in Is a complete joke!
Floor of unit was quite dirty yet had to pay deposit to assure I clean when I leave. Gate code did not work, however secretary in office was extremely helpful and made my experience bearable.

Need to store your stuff, this is the place.
We needed a storage unit at the last minute for a delivery arriving 6 weeks early. Sari, in the office, got us the paperwork, the lock, and all set up in under an hour. She was a pleasure to work with, super helpful, and professional. The facilities are very clean, new, and accessible. I highly recommend Lock & Guardian Self Storage in Billings. MT.

Easy paperwork and fast move-in.
I made a reservation for space during weekday business hours but did not move in until the weekend. The kiosk was easy to use and the real person who answered the phone was very helpful to get me moved in with a door lock and gate code. The driving aisles are wide enough to pull a long trailer in for access. The exterior door accessing the aisles to the heated/cooled units was sufficiently wide and made moving boxes and furniture very easy. I would definitely recommend storage at Lock & Guardian for short term or long term storage needs.
