Units not entirely secure
This Place is very clean, all the units have rolled up doors which I think are a bit more secure than a door that swings open. Unfortunately the units don't have anything closing them from . So if someone did want to go in there and get all the units they could go into every single unit from above. Also, not only can I see into the other unit but I can stick my entire arm in the unit next to me from inside of my unit. The staff was extremely helpful when above and beyond to make sure they called me cuz I booked online and they had to leave early so they made sure I had everything that I needed and explained everything to me. But unfortunately I will be checking out another place online to see what they offer in regards to the units being closed from the top.They are a bit pricier than other units but They do offer 24-hour access to the facility which other places do not. They also had a loading dock for trucks for large trucks which I've never seen all the storage unit before myself so something else I don't know if it sets them apart or that is something that that you and it's but I've never seen it. I have had a unit here for a few years and it has been a great facility.
I have had a unit here for a few years and it has been a great experience. The staff, when needed, is friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is kept clean and temperature control is on point. For my needs, this is the best facility around.

VERY UNHELPFUL
I needed to rent a vehicle storage spot. I rushed home from work to grab my paperwork and head over to the facility which is 1/2 hour - 40 min. away from my house. I kept calling and calling, but the manager would not answer the phone. When we got there, he had the door locked, we made it there at exactly 6:00pm, because we hit some traffic. I would have never made the long trip there if I knew that he would answer the phone and then turn us away when we got there, as if I lived 2 minutes away. You could tell that he didn’t care at all about trying to help us out, even though I told him that we just drove 40 minutes, he was more concerned about leaving than he was about trying to help us! It’s sad that a guy like that knows that come payday,?he’ll get his paycheck, no matter how many customers he is rude to or turns away, because they are a big facility, and sometimes when these places get this big, they forget about customer satisfaction. Hopefully one day he experiences the same type of disrespectful treatment, maybe then he’ll know what it’s like to be mistreated and he’ll learn to treat people with a little more dignity and respect, instead of just dismissing them as if they or their plans weren’t important!

Storage Unit
Needed a storage unit for just over a year. Yves & Brian were fantastic. This place was very clean.
Never used a storage center before. Great experience would highly recommend.

Needed storage space FAST
This was my first time using a storage company.Brian was extremely patient with all my newbie questions and made the process of acquiring space fast and simple. Having 24 hour access to my belongings also gives me peace of mind. If I need something, I can get it whenever I want.

Very Nice Facility
Brand new facility, pricing is good compared to other storage facilities. Tons of cameras, gated, very secure. If the price remains the same over time I will definitely be a long term costumer. Yves was a pleasure to deal with A+++.
