Secure, drive in entry is great for my parents.
Great utilization of space! I like that you can gain entrance without getting out of your car using the drive in feature where you punch in your code and the garage like door opens and you drive right in.

Not secure. Leah pretending she was sick the day I came in to speak to her
My information on unit was found out somehow
I went in to talk to Look Leah about it. Another person said she was out sick. I walk outside to get my storage key's; come back in & there Leah is. I explained what happened that someone knew to much about my unit. She insisted no way; then went on to say who was that man that came with you twice to the storage. I found that extremely suspicious. That she knew that: but nothing about leaked information.

The best climate controlled and secured storage area in the Metro East.
Really easy to set up and complete the contract online. It is at the high end of storage facilities, but you can't beat it for the overall value and what you get out of it. Everything was ready to go on move in day as promised. Really friendly staff. This facility was immaculately clean. It is very large and easy to navigate. I didn't understand the size of the place until I got there. I loved driving a 27ft moving truck inside the building on a hot humid day and then unloading in an air conditioned facility. The facility is very safe and secure as well. I have peace of mind storing my household good there.

Great New Facility, climate controlled and clean
Very fast and easy paperwork processing for the storage unit, very personable staff. Facility is wonderful; clean, great lighting, easy enter and exit when loading or off-loading items. This is my first time renting a storage unit, extremely pleased with my choice and it is very convenient for me too.
