I got different information than what I actually received at the facility. The customer service rep was accommodating enough to forward my concerns to site manager as they came up. Made a U Haul reservation at the same time to pick up my larger things this weekend.

Great place for storage
Reserved a unit online, when I arrived I found the unit was too small for my items. Attendant was very helpful in renting me a larger unit with no problems. Although I have to pay a little more, I am very pleased with this facility. Will recommend this place to others.

Clean environment
General commemt I am happy with the storage unit and the property was clean. Customer service needs working on ( guy was rude when asked about a restoom), the young lady that registered me was nice but impatient when showing the units.

the customer service was great and I got to move into the storage very quickly
I loved the lady at the front desk, wish I would've asked for her name. Even though she was in training she did an excellent job at getting me in and out. Everyone there was very friendly.
