Great service, price, and convenient!
I have never written a review before but I am compelled to write this one. From the moment I made my online reservation through and until I returned the FREE moving truck, Melanie and the other staff members made my experience simply wonderful. After assigning me a unit which unfortunately, due to it's odd shape was unable to accommodate my storage needs, they upgraded to a larger unit for no additional cost. Oh, did I mention the free use of the 15 foot box truck? The unit was spotless! They have great security there and the entire operation runs like a Swiss watch. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Great place at a great price.
I chose this facility mostly for the location, but the price was better for the size I needed than anywhere nearby. The staff was friendly and keep the place very clean. The construction going on down the street, can make it difficult to get in and out easily but they are conveniently located right off the freeway.

Greear experience super easy friendly staff
Melonie was amazing!! Got everything done quick and had us moving in our storage in no time. She showed us The grounds in the golf cart which my boys loved very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! Clean all the way around! When we told her we were moving our furniture in for a short time she made sure she found us the cleanest unit. We were very satisfied!.

Great customer service. Brandi was really helpful and answered all my questions. The pricing is very affordable and they prorated my move in, which I wasn't expecting so that was a good surprise. Although I believe they could use more cameras in the hallways, I still feel like my belonging are secure in this facility.

Moving made easy!
Great customer service. Brandi was really helpful and thorough when reviewing the policies with me. You can drop off your Uhaul rental truck here at this location which made it easy for me. So no added miles! Although I believe that they should put a few more cameras in the hallways with the indoor units, I still feel like my belongings are secure in this facility. My main concern is that they are still working on a way to accept payments via online. They hope that it will be ready by January 1st. I hope it will be because making payments in person would be very inconvenient.
